If you are having pop issues, We recommend checking your seals inside of your differential and your wheel bearings.  If you have a double plunging axle, make sure both ends freely move and are not bound up causing the inner to come out of your diff.   Also make sure the circlip groove in your cv joint is smooth and doesn’t have any snags that will keep your clip from moving freely in the groove
